We never subject our juices to heat, and we never, ever UVC irradiate our juices (a vitamin and antioxidant activity degrading UV Light Sterilization process that other large juice companies employ [ a UV Light Sterilization process used by large companies that degrades vitamins and antioxidants ] ). We control 100% of our process, from pressing to bottling, and have the highest food handling certifications.
